  • How do I withdraw my money from 4corners ?

## You can access your money every Sunday,Monday & Tuesday through the following means:    

 1.  Solidtrustpay (STP)

 2. Pay-to-Card Option

Withdraw your money from 4corners straight onto your own bank visa/master card once your bank allows. You get your money within 48hours after Tuesday. 

(Transaction fee is $10)

       

  3. DPX MasterCard

4corners issues a special Mastercard ($29.9) called DPX card. After acquiring this card, just withdraw your money from 4corners onto this card. Go to any visa ATM machine here in Ghana or anywhere and withdraw your money in Ghana cedi just like you withdraw normally with your ATM card

         

 4. Bank transfer  option 

If you are withdrawing $500 or more from 4corners. This option tells 4corners to transfer your money straight into your bank account in Ghana(wire transfer)


  5.  MOBILE MONEY SYSTEM (COMING SOON)
This option is targeted at African countries. You will be able to receive your money through your phone via telecommunication networks example MTN and Vodafone. You will only have to cash out anywhere in your country. THIS IS AWESOME !!

  • What is STP- Solid Trust Pay? 

STP is an online payment system that allows you to conveniently receive money and also make payments through the internet. STP was set up in 2006 in Canada and is now accessible internationally.   • Can I use my Visa/MasterCard to register someone else

YES, a Visa/MasterCard can register up to 6 people. All you need is the new person’s full name, gmail address and preferred username for the registration

  • Can I use my STP account to register myself and others

YES, you can register others with your STP as many times as you want. Click here to open a free STP account www.solidtrustpay.com 



  • How do I load money onto my STP account in Ghana

Visit www.cbtekghana.com 

Note the notification displaying the CBtek account info and CLOSE it

 Look at the bottom- right corner and click on the LIVE CHAT. If they are not online, click to leave a message. 

Ask CBtek officials if they have STP available by texting in the LIVE CHAT. If CBtek confirms they have STP, go ahead and make payment to any of their accounts IF THROUGH MTN MOBILEMONEY, NOTE THE TRANSACTION ID.

After making payment, come back to their LIVE CHAT and text the following to CBtek

“MTN mobilemoney

Amount: xxxxx

Your STP username: xxxxxx (check correct spelling)

Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxx”


Check your STP account or email after 5 minutes to confirm completed transaction.

If after 10 minutes your STP account is not credited, prompt CBtek and they would rectify the problem.









  • How do I withdraw my money from STP

Withdrawing your money from STP is as simple as ABC; you do not have to walk.
  • Option 1
Contact +233 542869102 OR our WhatApp group and announce that you have $XXX STP available for sale. After negotiations, transfer the money to the appropriate STP account and your money (Ghana cedi equivalent would be sent to you through the medium you agreed on example MTN mobilemoney, TigoCash, Airtel Money, bank account etc).
    (In the absence of MasterCard, members need STP to register new people)

      • Option 2 (Especially for withdrawing $50 and above)
      Go to www.cbtekghana.com
        Inform CBtek Ghana and tell them you have STP for sale. After settling on a rate, you transfer the money from your STP account to their STP account. CBtek Ghana would send your cash through the appropriate medium without travelling there.
          CONTACT YOUR UPLINE IF YOU NEED MORE ASSISTANCE.
          • Option 3
          If your STP account is verified, an arrangement can be made so that STP company pays your money into your bank account upon request.

          • My STP account has been suspended

          Click www.stpay.info
          Click life chat at the bottom right corner
          Text the following details when an STP official attends to you
          “My STP account has been suspended
          Username: 
          Date of birth:
          Address used to open the STP account”
          Wait for the official to respond and reopen your accound in less than 3 minutes.
          NOTE!!! The LIVE CHAT is available from Mondays to Fridays only between 9am -5pm (USA time) 12:30pm-8:30pm (Ghana Time) 
          If you have money in your STP account before it was suspended, DO NOT WORRY, the money is safe in your account. 
          IF YOUR IP ADDRESS IS BLOCKED, follow same procedure above BUT provide the IP address, example 192.181.773
